Description

Have you ever looked at yourself in a mirror and didn't recognize yourself?
Who is that staring back at me In mirrors as I pass by? With that smile and that knowing stare Whose movements sometimes mimic mine. Should I be afraid or trust in thee? Are you a messenger, guide or angel fair? Are you a friend or should I beware? How will I know? Is there some sign? The mirror shimmers and then it shines With a light so bright and a warmth that engulfs I feel love. I feel peace. I feel strength and hope. The light fades away, but now I know You

Very nicely composed poem ... moving and with a gentle rhythmic flow. I enjoyed reading this.
