As a graphic designer I often use the power of 3D (Blender, Carrara, Hexagon, Poser, Bryce, Swift3D, Illustrator, Photoshop, Painter, Studio Artist) to create images that never be created otherwise, on that short notice or for that kind of money. To create all kinds of communication.
BIO He he, biography. Like someone is interested. I'm just the regular journalism-educated-turned-copywriter-turned-designer-turned-business-analist-turned-ux-designer-allroundmarketinginda-guy. Hooked on computer graphics, producting dance music and creating communication.

You're right... this really is a demonstration of how various applications combined can come very (and when I say very...I mean very) close to the real thing. Which poses the question how much software you need to equal a real life artist....and at what costs. Anyhow, this isn't the sort of work that people will look for on this site. But I think that it is great that you demonstrated that the software you used can also be used for other things than reflecting chrome, shiny armours and realistic (usually female) flesh. Keep up the good work.

Excellent work! I think that it takes real talent to be able to use the tools at your disposal to get that "hand drawn" feeling. I disagree with Tuner in that I think that all Art is welcome here - as long as it is indeed Art and not just a naked female thrown up there to get a lot of views... Keep 'em coming!

Beautiful work! The end definitely justifies the means. I get that "but it's cheating" argument from a lot of my friends but I'm sure that just as much work went into this as if you'd used pencils and rulers.

An artist is an artist regardless of the medium used. Digital art is fairly new to the world and so a new fronteer. I do miss the smell of linseed oil and wet clay though.
