Looks like some of the stuff I've made; nice work. Good symmetry. It's probably just an illusion, but the basin almost appears to not be sitting on the floor. But Bryce does have the tendency to do that from time to time. Good work.

I think the lack of shadow makes the fountain appear to float. I'd remove your radial lightings (if any) and rely on the sun for light. I like the way you've created the water. A torus? Good work.
