Fantastic effect here!! Looks like an animal of some sort! I just love that eye with the sea as the pupil!! Very cool and original idea and wonderfully done!! :)

....reminds me of what it might look like being inside the eye looking out -- but in that case the highlight wouldn't be there ---- but this is an interesting image!
