I was going through a box of stuff that I had packed away the other day and found the photograph that this picture is based on. The guy in the Dead Kennedys T-shirt is Bryan. He's been dead for almost 15 years now. Died the perfect punk rock death. Too much booze and no one to roll him over when he began to throw up in his sleep. He wanted to be Henry Rollins so bad even tho he always had the damned DK shirt on. :) The girl is Sheri. She wanted to be Lena Lovich. The guy in the foreground is Karl. He had a pompodour haircut like that and he wanted to be Johnny Marr. Johny Marr always wore the coolest shirts. I took the picture. I didn't care what I was as long as I got as far away from that town as possible. Weird the things you remember...
