Description

A new architecture project I'm currently working on, and this is just a very small part of it. This one is not based on real world buildings, just my own ideas. This will be a huge series. I'm aiming for about 20 or so buildings/houses, different road designs, texture options, and who knows what else I will come up with:) Flowers and trees are from Runtime DNA, interm textures from Lemog. Hedges and buildings all by me. Thanks for looking!

Your work shows a lot of potential. I don't like razor sharp edges on models - can you chamfer or round the edges of the buildings without making the poly count too high? Some real life 'dirtied' textures would be nice too. Hope your project does well.

Thanks for the comments. I could soften the edges, but that isn't what I'm going for here. As a general rule most buildings have rather sharp corners and with the type of buildings I'm working with soft corners and edges just don't work well. And no darker type textures will be with this, these are just used for the test run. But it's meant to be more a tropical city, so it needs to stay clean and airy.
