This is an interesting image. Did you make the texture? Looks like some work in Photoshop to create the spots. Only suggestion is on the right nipple, make the spot a little larger to match the other one. I can't tell much about the hair. Add a few lights from RDNA's Dramatic Shadows and you'd have a very mysterious looking gal.
