Background rendered separately to speed up work (thanks to Seraph3D for fake volumetric smoke).
I've used standard scanline renderer with skylight lighting. Little Photoshop touch applied (glow and color correction).

Excellent image, only thing is the sitting persons hair, it should "point at the ground" according to the laws of gravity, but everything else looks fantastic :D

Nice smoke :) I like the rest of the image too. Especially the light on those leaves and the design of the standing girls skirt. The ground material looks a little strange, can't put my finger on what it is though.
