Canon 10D + Sigma 105mm EX Macro ISO 200 f2.8 1/2000 Yep, I admit it, I'm hooked. There will be at least one more bug photo before I'm finished. Hope you enjoy this fly who was sunning himself in the garden. Thanks for viewing

Superfly guy! That's one dark fly RN. The ones we get are iridescent bodied (blue-assed)ones. I won't say I like him but it's a great macro.

Man, i don't even have that good a shot in my leaving cert biology books! This is fabulous, hon, i'm stunned. How on earth did you get so close to such a fast-reacting little guy? I'm very impressed...
