This is an image whch I reproduced from memory of a Chateau in France that I visited some 6 years ago. Consctruction and rendering in Bryce5 and Poser4, postwork in PS7. Hope you like it. Any comments and ratings are welcome. Thanks to electroglyph for the stagecoach.

You really gave me some inspiration here. So much art submitted is focused on the Mid-evil scope of work that it's nice to a different era. Nice setting and the image tells a nice story.

Wow, lovely render. Not what I had expected from the title, because the Chateau d'If I remembered was from "The Count of Monte Cristo" and was of course, VERY different. The only thing I might mention is that I don't think they actually drove carriages between those boxwood hedges. Though you might know better, since you were actually there. Either way, it's a great image. ^_^
