Yowza, this is really really nice, Dash. I'm curious about the bump maps here though - did you use one? It seems like you did, as evidenced by the lips, but I'm not sure - to me it looks like the hands don't have a bump map (is that even a correct term in C4D? or should it be displacement maps or something?). At any rate, I think a little more apparent texture in the wrinkles/joints of her fingers would add that much more.
