I love it! It's a wonderful portrait - you've given it a fabulous painted look and retained the realism of the texture. Terrific image! About the only suggestion I could make would be on the earring - it works if her head is in motion (forward and to her right) or tilted (backwards and to her left side). If it's a still shot, which I guess is likely from the pose, then it should probably fall a little further forward and to her right. Excellent work! :)
