I think the lighting makes her hair look all the more spectacular. Almost like it's glowing. Fantastic work.

I love the color and the way this turned out. The softness of it is great. Only suggestion I could make at all is your shadows in the hair could be a tad darker to really make it stand out. But all around it is a very very nice image! Well Done!

This one is very painterly, with a touch of surrealism because of the much mentioned hair. To me, it is otherworldly. I don't think you were out to make "real" hair but something that draws the viewer into this character's ethereal world. It has a real sense of poignancy and isolation, yet in a non-theatening way, i.e., it has a touch of sadness without being sad. Does that make sense? Everyone is alone, and everyone goes off to be alone; in the end we are always glad to come back to a warm place where we are not alone.
