Description
SPRING SPRITE
She stands in a meadow,
Lambs, bunnies, and chicks at her feet.
Her dress a wispy lavender,
She holds a bouquet so sweet.
Eyes robins egg blue,
Hair soft sunny gold.
She walks to you,
Brazen and bold.
Her smile,
Lifts your spirit.
She gives you her flowers,
In the flowers ...Joy.
She cups your cheeks,
Her touch lightens your load.
She kisses your brow,
In her kiss...Peace.
She walks away,
As the day speeds.

wow...ur able to do something I have always had a problem doing..few words to create a visual and stir emotions in your readers that put them right there in the moment...excellent you are a true artist of words...i pray that I can do that one day...i do have a gallery im fairly new to this site..if it wasnt for rr69-brian, b peacock-bobby and davidoblad-david, i'd of nevr had posted n e thing here cause i'm a diff kind of poet...i use my poetry to work thru my feelings in my real life events...i have no idea what i'm going to create till its done..its like i go on cruise-control mode...with encouragement from booby ive learned to create images to match my poems..but my last few posts i started with a simple one color background and I just experience with the diff filters in PS7..ok enough rambling..its always gr8 to meet another poet..so I will add u to my favs..and if u have alot in ur gallery ..plz b patient but i will read them all..God Bless...Jalen
