Hey thanks for the comments! The materials look is from stochastic radiosity hdri for sky and being around 20% transparent to the background, a scanning of paper. The lines are set to overlay or multiply mode mostly. tire and some body lines from contour, others outlines and folds + some splines for gridlines. :)
