postal worker with 6,482 hobbies.(slight exaggeration )BIOborn in 1958 in Brooklyn N.Y.,grew up on "the island" where i had my first camera at like 8 or 9 and my first darkroom at 13. worked in the lab end of photography for 7 years and learned i could not live on that kind of low pay.i now call home Petersburg ,Virginia where i have a renovated 3000 square foot 1830's Federal home with plenty of wall space for ALL types of art.I grew up in a home where the walls were covered from ceiling to floor in art.ART is life to me.if i go into someone's home and it lacks art ,it depresses me.
I love photoshop for what it can do to almost anything i can create .Poser5 is interesting but frustrating.only beginning to dabble in Bryce.ALL of these programs ,as well as my computer, NEVER CEASE TO AMAZE ME.knowing what it once took in a lab to create a specific effect that can now be achieved in SECONDS on a PC is mindblowing. this is all just a hobby to me but i love it and love this site. to see ALL THIS CREATIVITY in one place is inspiring.i am in awe of so many artists on this site.
to anyone reading this....thank you ,and keep on creating art.

Nicely done. It reminds me of Kevin Sorbo

I see Kevin Sorbo too. This is a real beauty. I love the movement in the background as if everything is passing him by. The background seems to be flying horizontally while the character's hair flows vertically. The sense of movement is womnderful.

Is that hair postworked? Completely? There's something just a tad off about it, but it IS gorgeous.
