just a little something; my first experimentation with color!
one of a pair of pieces, this one featuring Phoenix and his pinky ring, with a pair of dreamed-up wings, lol. his other form is a silver phoenix, so that's where the wings come from.
those purty colors are courtesy my small (but growing) set of Prismacolor markers. i love Prismacolor. that's all i got to say bout that. cept that the colors are a little paler in RL...i don't know how they scanned that dark.
um...okay, yeah, so i just penciled something real quick and doodled over it with marker. learned that you should erase the penciling over light spots unless you want it to show up, cuz the marker bonds it to the paper. ^_^ am getting so smart already.
