Looking at the bow reminds me I still have to figure out how you stop a clipper ship after a long run from China. Just dropping the sails is not enough and there is no motor to back. You could put out lonboats with lines to pull her off a short wharf or jump onto a long wharf as she siddles by and snug them with the windlasses as they stretch to their limits.
