Description

Anubis. Ancient Egyptian deity usually portrayed as a black skinned man with the head of a jackal. Friend of the dead, who actually weighed the goodness of a man's heart against the feather of Maat, and helped to prepare him for life beyond the veil. So my guy's maybe not dark enough, but I'd like to think I've done him justice. Hope you like. Apophysis 2.17/PSP frame and sig only Thanks for viewing/commenting/critiquing. It's truly appreciated.

I see him clearly and although he is supposed to be a friend of the dead I always thought he was pretty scary. Great job, I also like the foreground and frame a lot!
