Almost there. I agree with shady about the cloth tex. It looks a whole lot like a carpet rug, nice job. I would tone down the reflextion on the cup. Also the liquid needs some work maybe add a bump map to it. Good work.

I agree with netzzjd about reflection, and the water is perfectly flat-no waving near the cup wall, it would be useful to add some deformation to its borders. Also, the background resembles nothing-if you tested the materials, you could add some nice table or cover, this one looks just like 'there-was-nothing-to-get'. Nice job, anyway.
