Stunning texture, this is a big close up so this must be a big texture - the size of Angel perhaps? A lot of textures can't cope with this size, oddly due to the nose and lips, but this is another victory. I look forward to your next render of her.

The skin texture is very realistic. The highlight in the eye map is a rather odd shape. I would prefer something that looks more like a real light source. I needed to back up and look at the image as a whole. When it first came up on my monitor, I had a little difficulty figuring out that the head was not distorted, that it was surrounded by a hood. It becomes obvious, once you get down to the hands and neck. Beautiful image! Thanks.
