He does have a real weathered look about him. My only sugestion is that the beard looks to solid.Possibly a good tip would be to draw thw face under the beard (even though it may be a hastle) then build the beard using different opacities and layers. That is just my opinion and possible help but apart from that keep drawing! ;)
