Description

I spent 3 days trying to figure out how to drain off the water to get to the treasure. Dynamite was out. The side to the Vessel were way to thick, and it could bring down the canyon walls. Digging was out. It would take the rest of my life. didn't want to bring anyone else in on this. What if there wasn't a treasure, the partners could turn ugly real quick.. I could not believe I was going to be beat by water that wasn't supposed to be here.. A lot of digging. I woke up the next day, and accepted my fate. nobody was going to get that treasure. Time to head home for a good shower and time to treat the many cuts and bruises. I packed up, as we started to leave the mules gave me a send-off of Hee Haws.. It was like they knew Fate had twisted my butt one more time.. About 1/2 way out something hit me. I sat down and went over my info again. Sure it was easy to over look. They buried the treasure in July, this was only April.. By July the water will be gone and then it will be mine.. Also will need more mules. 3 just for water and Sunscreen.. Damn, the hottest part of the year. Well that was ok, you don't get something for nothing. At least I know where it is.. We kept on climbing till we topped the last rise in the Valley of Pink Air. I stopped to look back over the Canyons. The sun was heading on down. The haze was thick. Bright yellow Sun shooting out rays covering the land like a protective mother. A temporary but beautiful end to my time in there. "Keep it Safe and very hot." I said to the Sun. "See you in July." To be Continued All TG no post

Frank, you have done an excellent piece of work here. A really like the 'sweet' atmosphere. The haze is set just right so as to give you some nice subtle rays. Good camera height producing excellent depth with the various parts of the terrain.
