Looks good! I like the outfit, the lighting, her hair, her expression. There is a little problem with her left leg though, her shin looks unnaturally twisted.
About the boobs, well, my personal taste runs to somewhat smaller breasts. Still it doesn't look really unnatural, I have seen women with breast sizes like this on TV (OK, they had some help from silicones, but still, they were real women). A real problem with her top is the fact that it looks caught between those boobs, where it should be stretched taut. Not unusual with Wyrmmastered women.
If you fix the shin problem and that top, this will be an excellent image.
