no - it's not that disappointing :) it's well done... and - of course - if you were too good and the reference has a loss of tension ... then your painting has too... :) no i'd say it's a very good work... :)

i would say excellent work it really looks like her, but maybe a bit too much forhead if i have too be perfectionistic but still excellent work
