Beautiful and romantic scene. Your posing is superb. Just in terms of mood, perhaps a little brighter lighting might be helpful. You could also apply a gentle spotlight to her face to bring out her expression which looks lovely but is quite shadowy. Not too much because I think your lighting on her body is just perfect - the shadow on her chest from the rose is exquisite. A very nice composition and blending of model and background. Well done! :)
