Nice work, can see that pose took you a while, looking at the attire you might want to consider adding a few stress wrinkles in places of tension, eg bra, shoes to make it appear more realistic. Adding a bit of texture fall off on the floor would in my opinion give it more perspective. And the realism to the shadow could be improved on. Other than that its a nice work of art.
