The texture on your logo is too busy looking and thus makes reading of the logo a bit tricky. The lighting and the floor texture is smart though! Try keeping your logo colors simple looking as it is easy for the eye to differentiate and the mind to remember.

I like the textures, but ZENO has a point... when you throw them together it looks a bit busy. You might want to make the extrusion of the font just a wee bit less tall. :o)
