Description

Yester night @ 10 pm I hit the stage of the west end community center in Vancouver BC to become the first ever OLD GEEZER to bench press 501 lbs --It went up --but-dipped up and down to within an 'inch' of a good lift...so no cigar BUT THE GOOD NEWS my previous lift a 474 --exceeded the IPF world record by 12 lbs !!! so I'm a winner and a loser...and wouldn't have it any other way..til next time. hear my voices --see my toons --hi speed only @ http://zed.cbc.ca/go.ZeD?user_id=30676&user=30676&query=user+content&ROLE_ID=2&page=search-results

You rock regardless of the judges!!! I will never bench my own weight, let alone 474+ lbs!!! And wehn I'm 60+ years old, I'll be happy if I can lift a beer!!;) YOU ROCK!!! Great image too!!
