You mean "mottled", petes? Yes, looks good. It adds depth. The hair is obviously painted, but I quite like the image overall. Japanese come in all kinds of "flavors" and I think he hit this one spot on. Actually, the only thing that I find a little bit off is the lip bumping. Anyway, admirably nice job!

The neck is elegant, but a tad too long in my humble opinion. I agree that the bump mapping on the lip might be a bit too aggressive, but I'm also curious about the detailing at the tear gland. The eyes look a bit flat, but that could be the lighting.
