Fantastic naughty expression, that finger is just great. The quality of the render is not good, that's a real pity. The hair looks too solid, and the skin on her forehead looks strange. Needs some work, but you've got a very good start here.

I agree, the expression is great! Her eyes seem full of life too. Not sure what you're using to do postwork with, but try not to use solid blocks of a single colour. If you have Photoshop, then make good use of the clone tool or paint small areas at a time after sampling nearby colours and then applying the smudge brush to blend them together. Very cute. :)
