The light on the word "dreamscape" is coming from a different direction than the light on the figure. You might also consider changing the red lettering to 3d as well. It kind of loses its depth next to the yellow. Other than those trivial details, it is a very eye-catching logo.

If it's a logo look your after, you need to remember 3 basic rules when making a logo for your business. It needs to be reproducable and recognizable in all mediums and formats. IE: Black and white business card. It needs to generate a look and feel that is instantly recognizeable without the text. (Think Nike). And it needs to scale in size without loosing details, or things that make it recognizable. But as an advertisement, the concept is very good. :)

I think it absolutly stunning!! it shows amazeing amount of range in diffrent of medimums,don't think nike, use what will catch the eye & this will do wonderfully,I've seen buisness cards with alot more detail then this people took them frist & this will stand out,the words catch your eye & are not over taken buy the images,DON'T CHANGE Anything (V) :0) I think the it's beautifull shows your imagination very cool!!
