Yet another Dune inspired picture. A theme quite overdone on rosity, espacially with terragen. It's a first attempt at a terragen scene by me, so have mercy. :D

Nice colours/atmo - this terrain is more mountainous than dune-like; try reducing it's scale a good bit; also more surface layers would give the surface a more realistic feel

Well, it was supposed to be mountainous - it's The Stone Shield - a rocky formation protecting the city of Arakeen. But i think you're right. More layers won't hurt.

Haze! Haze! too much haze!!! :) si un soare rosu NU este atat de rosu - bate mai mult in rosu cald si nu in rosul tau spre rece... e o diferenta :) OK sunt de acord ca am pus nori, dar gandeste-te la ultima scena din film :) am citit prima carte, si filmul (cel vechi) mi s-a parut grozav! :) remember the rain? "Because my brother is indeed the Kwisatz Haderach!" (hope i got the spelling right...) :P and he brought rain to Arakis :) Nice start on your FIRST Terragen image, tho :)
