Description

It`s really motivating to read your comments. Thank you! I am glad you understand that I am on discovery tour and happy to share some new discoveries or even breakthroughs even if the pictures are not finished yet. In case that my pictures get too experimental, I will post them in the forum. ( We should revive this forum anyway. I am sure that there is a lot that could and should be discussed.) Here we see a variation of Planet M(agic) .Again the sky is used as color texture. The sun`s color is set to white so it does not change the color of the surface. We can see that the surface color is the same as the sky color. And black stays perfectly black even if the sun is directed towards a black part. The mountains in the background are bright mainly because a bright color is applied. AM Voyager& AM Pro

It's another interesting one Dick. I really appreciate your spirit in this exploration too and how you've written about it. I'd be curious to see closer up what the topography is like in the center of the "fallen star" portion.

Another really interesting image that makes me want to try out some new ideas. Excellent! I hope we don't have to start posting experimental images in the forum, then I'd be in big trouble! This is a new program and we are still trying to find the boundaries. I don't think we need to move trail-blazing material to a back room. But I agree that we need to revive the forum. We end up trying to conduct conversations in the comments area (as evidenced here).
