Everything about this rocks. The vegetation on the banks, the lighting on the cliff wall, mood, everything. The only thing that you could improve on is that the terrain on the upper right is a smidge blocky. For a first time mountain pic, this is great.

Nice Rays, but a bit to dark on the right. And the clouds look strange :).

Terrain, surface, PoV, water are all excellent. The clouds are interesting and not displeasing, but not realistic. To get realism, lower the height to 2.
