Hi, I'm madmouse, my real name is Steve and I come from the South East of England. I've been into rendering since about 2000 when I
got hold of my first copy of trueSpace from a magazine cover disc. I followed the tutorial in the mag, clicked on render and when a shiny chrome ball appeared on a wooden table complete with shadows, I WAS HOOKED.
Its been a busy time, learning the querks of Ts but at last I'm pleased enough of my renders to show them to you (so be kind).
Maybe you'd like to visit my web site for more of my work, including photo retouching and hand drawn digital art.
Thanks for stopping by. All comments on my work are always welcome.:o)

superb model!! Excellent detail.

That looks great! Nice details and textures. :)

great work- from a purely mechanical standpoint, the arms on the back winch should be a lot longer, or you're going to have some tired soldiers..a simple fix..keep it up.

Nice model, I concer with the windlass comment those arms look like they should be 3 maybe 4 times the length. I personaly would like to see the firing mechanism a made a little more obviouse too, I would be a nice touch to see it move in an animation too. But then I'm a fuss pot and if truthfull a little envyus of your modeling skills. :) nice texturing too.

Thanks Guys :o) To pakled and donkeyoaty, I agree about the windlass arms but in the final render they will hardly be seen, infact I dont know why ive bothered to put so much detail in the whole model. You'll see what I mean when I post the final image. Thank to everyone for their comments. :o)
