Description

By the time the polar caps melted, the science of gene splicing had been perfected. The newly altered humanity stabilized genetically after a few thousand years of mutation, and in the end were still 92% human. Thanks for looking.

Waaaaay Cool! (Didn't need the gene splicing though - sludge is still toxic in the upper Hudson - anything rummaging through that muck'll get it's DNA mucked up.)
