Personaly, the building seems a little plain to me. Any tips or comments is welcome.

I think you did a fine job, especially if this is a first! I am not sure what is causing those lines on the grey building, but they seem out of place. ( texture maybe? of some funky shadows?) Other then that, I think this is a solid image. Nice pose on her too. Keep on rendering...
