Description

I've been working on this oriental room for about five days. The room was built in Bryce and textured by me. Bonsai created in Tree Lab and I used square spotlight and a radial light to light the room. The scene rendered in Bryce 5, with a very little postwork. Shoji Lamp by AgentSmith, Oriental Dinner set by Kuroyume0161, Oriental table and Flip Flop by DAZ, Pillow model by Ernyoka1, Tatami, Kakejiku and Gong by Zippo, Vase by Ekaterina Kruglova, Lantern by Royloo, Japanese Woodcuts by Connecticut College (Ando Hiroshige). Thanks all for your stuff. (Some objects with a new texturing by me). Comments are welcome and thanks for viewing!

All around the room, it is wonderful. The textures are well done. Love the steam comming from the tea and food. Nicely organised and lit!

Wow. Excellent as usual. I introduced Adrian to Bryce, and used to show him how to work in Bryce. Now he is teaching me ;p

Filled with many wonderful objects (love the flip flops and cushions)... wonderfully placed and mapped... I would probably use a slightly darker wood texture, more golden coloured natural-looking floor mats and moodier lighting with some shadows... for inspiration see Death_at_Midnight's brilliant works "Hirochiyo Teahouse" and "Ofuroya"... all in all this is a great start!

It is hard to rendering this scene, if you use a differant light sets it will bring this image render out better. (light you see in the early morning or late after noon)
