The Curch I've made in Cinema4D - the priest in Poser - other objekts, textured and rendered in Bryce.

some suggestions. The bell tower. The bell is too large and not shaped right. The corner pillars are too thin to support the weight of the bell and the roof of the tower. The trees could afford to be larger, and I'd put some more foliage on the right side of the church as well. On the side of the church, you mifht want to try two windows rather than the single large one. The texture on the church is quite nice. So is the fog. I think I'd move the priest a bit closer and to the right. The bell also needs a rope hanging down from it.

I like the lighting in this, and the sky. I like the church, too (although the tower does look a bit odd, as above). I also agree that it could benefit from a bit more foliage here and there (and the front needs grass), but all in all I like it, you've got a good mood going.
