Description

Experimenting with different forms of lighting for this still life. I'm trying to get the right combination of radiosity and specularity in the delft tiles and the teacup. Opinions appeciated.

Here's what I would try. Increase the specularity and glossiness. Use a single light, shaded just a tad bit yellow. Put a gel on the light of a window pattern to create shadows. I don't remember if you can do that in Bryce. If not, stick an actual window frame in front of it. What you want is like rembrandt lighting, morning light, with crisp shadows of the window frame.

I think it's awesome how it is, I dont' feel that a window gel would be necessary. I really like the tile texture, it looks fabulous...!
