Interesting image... But the flag is all wrong! I assume this is a modern American flag (50 stars) behind a "patriotic" militia/soldier character? There should only be four white stripes and four red stripes touching the field of blue. You've got 13 stripes total but slightly misaligned. Plus, your character and his equipment look a little 'washed out' and bland.

Wow...Quarl is a bit of an extremist when it comes to the Flag, eh? If he wants an accurate flag, he should get Betsy Ross. This pic is by no means your best, but it is not a 3. Nice work, and very patriotic.
