According to Greek mythology Delphi was the center (omphalos) of the world. Beautiful illustration!!! Bravo!!!

Yes, the Omphalos at Delphi is what inspired this piece. This is a photo of a sculpture I did in tribute to the Pythia or Pythonesses--the original ancient Oracle-Priestesses of Delphi before the Priests of Apollo took over. Thanks for your feedback.
