Err.. What?! No comments? I think this is GREAT! Awesome postwork and great colours. I suspect the character is from Poser and the eyelash is missing the transparency map, right? Have you tried the p2m utility by PixelDust1 at RPM? It's excellent for importing poser characters to Maya (is the characters is yours I apologize :) Great work. Very well done!

This is a beautiful picture; I love it. The face and figure are excellent and beautifully framed by the background. I loathe Poser faces and figures and I am very impressed if, as Vestmann suggests, this started out as a poserbabe.
