i really like this - the cloud effect on the cloth could do with some work however. If it were drawn like elsewhere in your image rather thn filtered it would sit much better IMO. The face and hair are very well done and the coloured lines fit well too!

This is an excellent piece mind you. IMHO it would be a perfect image if the coloring on her blue shirt were blended a bit more, it would give this image a real finished look to it.
