I have been working on a webcomic for more then a year now and I was experementing with chartacter desgin when I prodced this image. The story is about a young girl that though tragic cirumstances gains unique abilites and a unique outlook on life. At first they manifest as terrible nightmares about her own death and damnation. She sees herself turning into a demon and bringing havoic to those around her. This would be the face that stares back at her in those dreams. Twisted, evil and vile this shadow of who she once was. Now shes legionnare for Lucifer and his armies bringing with her only death. Could this truely be young Cyan Kayne's fate is she doomed to become this soul damning ghoul? Or perhaps theres another way? This image has had a lot of retexturing work on it. I spent several days on textures for her skin, eyes, clothes, weapons, and hair. This image does not show her clothes or her weapons but it does showcase some of the work I did to her skin and I really like the way shadows play and work with this image.
