Description

Head modelled in Wings3D, the rest in Bryce. Astro Boy is the coolest boy robot ever. He is the creation of the late Osamu Tezuka, an Anime pioneer. In Japan Astro is called "Tetsuwan Atom" (Mighty Atom). I first saw Astro Boy in the late 50's-early 60's in black and white. I have recently been enjoying new episodes on the WB, which inspired me to make this. Thanks for looking.

Lol, Excellent job tjohn! I've been a fan of Astro Boy for 'bout as long as you have. This is the way I remember him too! This such a great tribute and "blast from the past" that I have to vote for this one!

VOTE Don't know Astro Boy... but anything pioneering in Anime is worth discovering... besides the fact that this is an excellent representation of a cool comic!

Aaaahhhhhhhh, astroboy, I watched it in spanish way back when I was about 5 or 6 and lived in Mexico... VOTE, thanks for reminding me of that marvelous cartoon.

I'm still searching for a fun Astroboy for Poser! Too bad Bryce doesn't Export OBJ's from it's Primative sets!
