I wasn't savvy enough to pick up on the scene origin, but the immediate attraction to this piece, aside of the character placement and detail is the expansiveness of the scene and sense of depth. Another excellent piece Will.

Outstanding, I love how you've done the horizon. I wouldn't say it's important to match the scene exactly - it's good to put a slightly different view on things...for example I submitted a recent image inspired by a Tolkien story that didn't exactly feature in his books.
