Nice work there, as usual... There is one thing I would do to improve the image. As a Vampire lives, it consumes blood, becomming pale and cold to the touch. When a Vampire drinks blood, she/he/it regains some color and warmth, and their "heart" will "beat" again. But the effect is temporary, as the body consumes this blood to revitalize itself (our bodies can manufactuire blood, theirs cannot), the skin begins to pale, the heartbeat fades, and skin becomes cooler to the touch. When they drink again, the blood saturates the skin, and surrounding tissues that it comes in contact with first, then the 'heart' beats to pump the blood through the rest of the body, to be absorbed by the cells. The area around the mouth, and some areas of the face where blood has touched the tissue (even absorbing through the skin) I would add a fleshy tone to the skin. as you would expect to see water absorbed by cloth/paper/cardboard. It would soak into the skin. -- The other thing is the blood on the teeth. The blood would not appear on just the K9's, blood is flowing all through the mouth and all teeth. teeth are wet, blood will follow moisture, and be wiped more from the face of the teeth by the lips, and would pool/flow into the surfaces between the teeth. (brush your teeth real quick, just to make them bleed to see, no Tooth Paste). The last thing is a flaw, the eyes, the person's skin tone is greyish, but the point/crease of the eye's skin is normal, blood filled skin, bright and colored, it should be the same color as the skin, because it IS the skin. If you feel the eyes need color to bring them out, or balance the image, I would do some of the flesh-tones around the bloody areas, and a little color around the eyes, and I would put all the little red veins in the white of the eye, as if it were bloodshot (the body's absorbing and spreading the new blood, and beginning to pump it through all the veins. I LOVE your textures, keep them coming, I wish I had the talent/experience you do. But my time is devoted elsewhere. You are the PEAK performer in the texture/bump mapping/face/skin department, and I believe you are ready to show off more than just faces. on another note... would you be willing to have some of your textures (faces) added to a video game (like Morrowind)?
