Description
Continuing the Spheres series, which was originally concieved as much more than just the Elements. The Seasons, and several pairs of opposites (Life and Death, Day and Night, War and Peace, etc). After finishing the Elements, I jumped ahead to War, as my Muse demanded. Thus far, this is the last Sphere I've completed, but plans for the rest are definitely in the future.
The figure of War is based on the Morrigan--the Celtic goddess of war and death. I opted to go with a slightly less familiar iconic route, fearing that an Ares-esque figure would be too stereotypical.

As with the others, this is beautifully done. I especially like the intense yet soft-colored background in this one.
